Carbon black is the predominant reinforcing filler used in rubber compounds, and it is required to impart the necessary durability and strength to these products for longer lifetime and greatly improved performance. Carbon Black distributes and absorbs stress applied to a rubber component and improves its tensile strength, tear strength and abrasion resistance. Carbon Black can also impart electrical conductivity / resistivity to a rubber compound for dissipating static charge in dynamic applications such as automotive belts and Green Tires.

Packing and storage of Carbon Black

1,The soft packages, which were made of PP material, commonly we provide 500Kg per pack, 800Kg per pack, and 1000Kg per pack.
2,The packages of 25Kg, which were made of PP material or Kraft papers, could be transported in bulk, we also could transport a bracket which contained 1000Kg with protective films covered, which we called tons coating transport.
3, Special specifications on the package are acceptable.
Keep the product un-stacked in dry and closed rooms at normal temperature and air humidity. To achieve best possible results, we recommend storage under the condition stated above and use within 12 months from delivery. Avoid breathing duct when handling, and wash with soap & water in case of skin contact.
